Mitsubishi Chemical introduces a new Diamana™ Thump™ Hybrid shaft. Diamana™ Thump™ Hybrid is designed for the stronger player who wants the accuracy, stability and weight of steel shafts, but is also looking for enhanced feel and distance. The Diamana™ Thump™ Hybrid is the ideal shaft for utility club weight and dispersion. Extremely low torque coupled with a mid-high kick point produce stable, lower, ballistic like trajectory preferred by the professional level player.
TECHNOLOGY
Multi-Dimensional Interlay (M.D.I.)
Multi-Dimensional Interlay (M.D.I.) Technology allows us to layer carbon fiber in different directions along the shaft, to create very specific bend and torsion characteristics for the desired shaft performance. This gives us precise, pinpoint control over stiffness, stability and flex in any profile, while reducing shaft deformation at impact.
